The original invitation to tender and service specification for this contract included three delivery areas mobilised in year 1. However, due to unconfirmed budget allocation, the Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been revised to cover only two delivery areas at this stage.
We remain hopeful that, subject to securing the required funding, we will seek to vary the contract during its lifetime to include a third delivery site.
As a result of this change, and as detail on year 1 delivery directly relates to evaluation criteria, the procurement timeline has been extended by 2 weeks. This includes both clarification question opportunity and deadline for submission.
