North Northamptonshire Council (NNC), in partnership with Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), is seeking to establish a framework for the provision of care and support within supported accommodation for Individuals with needs related to mental health and / or autism in North Northamptonshire.
The support offered under this Framework in short-term accommodation includes care and support which is based around a step-down model for individuals, where key progression aims inclusive of skill acquisition, independence and re-familiarisation with the individual's own community is supported. The Framework aims to support individuals, some of whom may have spent long periods of time in long stay hospital settings as an example, to reacquaint themselves with the community
The following Lots detail the Services to be initially procured:

The Council is setting up the Framework Agreement for an initial period of 48 months, with the option to extend for two additional periods of 12 months each, for a maximum duration of 72 months (4+1+1 years).
The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Contract and this procurement is conducted via open process in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
