From this building, the Council provides a multitude of public services and houses many of the office support services.The Council accommodates a third-party tenant in the form of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).A large office area accommodates the main DWP operations which will are publically accessible.The ground floor break-out area including kitchen which will be made accessible to the staff that will work for the successful security provider.The reception area is a relatively informal, shared reception area accessible to all members of the public - whether they are accessing the building for purposes relating to DWP and/or for purposes relating to the Council.
