They provide an integrated service within the Trust's and community care system enhancing patient choice and accessibility, while also supporting employment in the local community.The decision to award the contract was made by the General Manager andClinical Director, Internal Medicine (Scarborough) 27/05/2025and supported by the Assistant Chief of Operations.No conflicts of interest were identified. → This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the Direct Award C process.The contract was awarded to the successful bidder on 25th June 2025.The contract is for the period from 01/07/2025 to 30/06/2026 with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 6 months each.The estimated contract value is £150,000 for the initial 12 month term and up to £300,000 if the full extension option is exercised.
