Construction of purpose-built walk-in cold store at Essex Police Headquarters, Chelmsford. The Authority is seeking a supplier that is able to supply and install two bespoke walk-in cold room/holding freezers, into an existing stand alone warehouse on the Essex Police HQ site, for storing forensic materials.
