This is a procurement seeks to find a suitable supplier for 'non-traditional building surveys'. (A) To procure a partnering certified contractor (i.e. specialist structural engineers) to assess the extent of repairs required across the non-traditional stock. Compliance with licence schemes where appropriate and categorise the properties on a priority rating aligned to the NTHAS (Non-Traditional Housing Assessment Scheme) Assessments and Repair Schemes.
