Description
The Nest Open Access Children and Young People's Emotional Wellbeing Service is designed to support children and young people with low to moderate mental wellbeing needs. The service provides a range of early intervention and prevention programs to help young people manage emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, and worries. The service includes:
Mental Wellbeing Support: Offers 1:1 therapy sessions, group workshops, and creative therapies like art and music therapy.
School-Based Programs: Conducts workshops in schools to promote emotional resilience and wellbeing.
Parental and Family Support: Provides parenting support and whole-family interventions to create a nurturing environment.
Accessible Drop-In Services: Young people can access support without needing a professional referral.
