Framework Agreement for Roofing, Roughcasting and Sealant Works to Council Housing Properties, within the Falkirk Council Area of Operations.
The Framework Agreement will be awarded on a Lot by Lot basis. The Authority at all times reserves the right to award all, some, part or none of the Lots. The framework consists of 3 Lots; it is intended that up to 5 Contractors per Lot are to be appointed.

A request for 1 week extension to submission deadline has been granted. The submission deadline to tender has been extended from Monday 16th June 1100 to Monday 23rd June 1100. No further extension request shall be granted. Please note that the procurement evaluation, award and commencement timetable will be delayed by 1 week accordingly.
