A preliminary market engagement session is scheduled for Thursday 4th December 2025 at 10:00am. During this session, the presentation originally delivered at the Supply Chain Forum in October 2025 will be shared, as included in the accompanying documents available to view at any time.
Interested participants are asked to register under Atamis record C28373 and submit a message via the portal to confirm their attendance and provide a contact email for the Microsoft Teams link to be sent to. Please express interest by 9:00am on Thursday 4th December to ensure the link is received with sufficient time. Once interest has been confirmed, the Microsoft Teams link will be issued.
Participation is restricted to one representative per company.
The estimated publication date for the tender has been revised to 5 January 2026, with the anticipated contract commencement date now expected on or before 30 June 2026.
The estimated total contract value has been updated from £19,000,000 (excluding VAT) to £20,000,000 (excluding VAT), with the inclusive VAT figure amended accordingly.
