This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice. A review of capacity in the Kirklees area has now determined that there is no further requirement for additional outreach provision and therefore Lot 12 - Kirklees has been withdrawn and is now excluded from this procurement process and a contract has not been awarded. This process has been undertaken under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply.
Please note that all references to Lot 12 - Kirklees within this procurement process/contract notice/Lot descriptions is Null and Void.
