Please note that this contract notice is supplemental to the Contract Notice submitted in OJEU under reference number 2018/S 103-235629, the corrigendum notice number 2018/S 106-242473 to reflect the correct DPS term and the updated contract notice number 2025/S 000-0014457 issued in Find a Tender to extend the DPS in line with the transitional arrangements under the Procurement Act 2023 and the Contract Change Notice 2026/S 000-028031 to change the address of the e-tendering portal to access the procurement documents.
This notice amendment is for:-
1. Change to the end date of the DPS in line with the Transitional Arrangements under the
Procurement Act 2023 to 23 February 2029
2. Confirm the change to YPO's e-tendering portal to access the procurement documents and bid.
3. Change the Award Criteria of 'price' to 'cost' to reflect the original procurement documents and the way customers call-off the DPS. Please note there has been no change to the weighting of this award criteria.
