Educational Psychology (EP) is a statutory provision required under the Children and Families Act 2014 and the Special Educational Need and Disability (SEND) Code of Practice 2015. The Educational Psychology service supports the effective implementation of this legislation and the delivery of the legal timescales for Education Health and Care assessments under the Act.
