The tender submission deadline has been revised to 12:00 PM on Tuesday 6 May 2025, to account for the UK bank holiday. HIAL offices will be closed on Monday 5 May 2025 and unable to administer the PCS Postbox.
There appears to have been some confusion regarding this notice, therefore we are extending the opportunity by a further two weeks.
Please note, this is not a Prior Information Notice (PIN). It is a Contract Notice inviting tender submissions, linked to a previous PIN. Unfortunately, the contract title includes the term ‘Prior Information Notice’, and this cannot be amended.
An additional week for clarifications has also been added to allow bidders sufficient time to raise and receive responses to any queries.
