The Fitness in Mind project builds on the unique partnership between the four Black Country authorities and the project will operate across the four areas. The Black Country Armed Forces Covenant Partnership covers the same geographical area as the Black Country Integrated Care Board (Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Sandwell).
