City St George’s, University of London (the ‘University’) wishes to invite competitive tenders for the provision of design, removal, supply and installation of the subframe and cladding to the common rooms and plantrooms located on the roofs of Horton Hall Residential Blocks A to I. The project is proposed to run between August 2025 and December 2025 as detailed in the enclosed tender pack.
