Description UKAEA has a requirement for a single contract which covers the following main elements.
Grounds Maintenance Tree Arboricultural works, which is classed as either Major or Minor, including surveying associated services contract. Pest Control Services – Routine, Reactive and expert Pest Control advice Associated Estates Services, which includes the following. Landscape Architecture design for Hard and Soft landscaping. Internal Planting Yearly Ecology reports and advice on Biodiversity and Sustainability Expertise for advice and reporting to UKAEA on achieving credits within the Campus boundary for Net Gain Banking. Reinstatement and Planting schemes Professional Jet Washing of Paths, Resin Areas, Footpaths, and other areas as required. Winter Weather support with gritting services of roads, carparks, and pathways. Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and Football Pitch maintenance. Buyer
