The purpose of this contract is for the supply and distribution of fresh fish and seafood to members and clients of TUCO (Universities, Colleges and the wider Public Sector).The scope of products to be covered in the framework are as follows but not limited to:oFresh Fish (Salmon, Cod, Haddock etc.) - supplied whole, filleted, to specification etc.oShellfish (crab, mussels, oysters, scallops)oCephalopods (squid, cuttlefish)oA small selection of frozen fish to include MSC and ASC approved productsoSmoked and processed fish/fish productsoSelection of chilled deli products (to include complimentary sauces, herbs and other relevant ingredients)It is envisaged that suppliers will be able to cover the full scope of products. The tender will be lotted geographically (13 Lots) and TUCO Ltd are seeking suppliers who can supply these products which should be cost effective and supplied in a sustainable manner.
