Wolverhampton Homes (WH) is an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) wholly owned by the City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) and manages circa 22,000 domestic dwellings within Wolverhampton. WH operates a housing repairs and maintenance service, a capital investment and refurbishment programme and is involved in the construction of new homes. WH is also a licensed asbestos contractor and has other miscellaneous buildings and open space management responsibilities across the city. This contract is a four-year contract. Initial term is three years with an option to extend for one further year.
