The appointment of the role of Technical Advisor for the Welsh Government's Sustainable Communities for Learning Scheme. The role of the Technical Adviser is a key one for the Welsh Government in its delivery of the Mutual Investment Model (MIM) programme as well as providing ad hoc advice for the capital programme.
