NHS Frimley ICB ("the Commissioner") are awarding a contract to Primary Eyecare Services Limited to provide an Ophthalmology - Referral Optimisation Service.
The total expected value of the contract for the initial one-year contract term is £ 31,599. The optional one-year extension expected value of the contract is £ 31,599.
