The Council is seeking to dispose of the site at Cartref / Redcar Drive with planning consent, reference 24/00058/FPM, for the development of 38 no. dwellings with associated road, parking, green spaces and ancillary works. The Council requires that the successful tenderer will construct and sell the affordable accommodation at the site to Stevenage Borough Council for an agreed price and to the provided specification. The affordable accommodation consists of the flat block (plots 27 to 38). Stevenage Borough Council may also seek the purchase of the freehold for plots 20 and 21 at practical completion for a fixed price.
