Initially this scheme was in the grant programme for 2024/25, however prior to signing the contract we would of needed to have obtaining planning, SAB approval and purchase the land. This would have been a tall order before March so we’ve agreed for the scheme to be in 2025/26 grant programme. While this does give us a bit of time and takes the pressure off slightly, we at Adra are keen to progress with the scheme and will still target the start of the scheme in the coming months. Due to the above we’re extending the tendering period by 2 weeks. Thank you again for showing interest in the scheme.
For the avoidance of any doubt, can you please ensure that the submitted tender has accounted for the following U-vales to achieve EPC A.
Walls – 0.13 W/m2K
Floors – 0.11 W/m2K
Roof – 0.11 W/m2K
Windows – 1.3 W/m2K
Glazed Doors – 1.3 W/m2K
