This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.
The Contract was awarded on the 7th November 2024 following completion of the 8 working day standstill period.
The Contract commenced on the 8th November 2024 and will continue until 30th June 2025 with the option to extend for a further 1 year plus 1 year subject to funding and satisfactory performance, at the discretion of the Council.
