Fife Council require a car park cleaning service which can meet the following requirements.This shall require the vehicles to have the following:1.Full under chassis wash including wheel arches2.Engine wash3.All over body washAfter the clean is complete it is expected that the vehicle is free from the following:1.Loose dirt and mud2.Oil and fuel residue3.Brake dust from wheels4.Loose stones5.Traffic film6.Any loose rubbish from lifting gear of the refuse vehicles7.Any residual mud and road grime from the washing procedure must becleaned up on a regular basis (any damage caused to the liftingequipment through lack of cleaning will be charged to the contractor)
