The Council conducted an open procurement via a Competitive Process under The Health Care Services Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations 2023 for a 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (Public Health Nursing Service) contract. Bids were assessed and the council intends to award the contract to Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust to commence on 1st April 2025.
Starting on the 25th of November 2024, the council will be observing a standstill period of 8 working days before entering into any contract, in accordance with the requirements of regulation 12 of the Provider’s Selection Regime 2024. The council will also be observing a call-in period. Standstill and call in periods will conclude at midnight on 4th December 2024. Subject to successful completion of the standstill and call-in periods, the council will issue a contract to the successful bidder named above.
