Description
NIE Networks intends, following the process outlined in the Invitation to Tender, to award a number of Framework Agreements to the most economically advantageous Economic Operators for the provision of Recruitment Agency Services, across a number of Lots as detailed below.
Lot 1 - Provision of general temporary staff on an ad-hoc basis to fill short and medium term temporary positions (1 Recruitment Agency)
Lot 2 - Provision of specialist resources on an ad-hoc basis to fill vacancies arising (A panel of up to 10 Recruitment Agencies)
Lot 3 – Provision of executive search on an ad-hoc basis for senior management
/ executive positions (A panel of not less than one and up to 4 Recruitment
Agencies)
Lot 4 – Provision of assistance with advertising and shortlisting of roles on an ad-hoc basis (A panel of not less than one and up to 4 Recruitment Agencies)
