This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of NHS Frimley Integrated Care Boards (the Commissioner’s), intention to commission a pilot for the provision of Infant Social Prescribers. The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these services. <br/><br/>The contract duration will be for 2 years commencing 1 April 2025<br/><br/>The service provision will cover Bracknell Forest, North East Hampshire and Farnham, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Slough and Surrey Heath. <br/><br/>This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
