Procedure Type (IV.1.1): - → Norwich University of the Arts has been issued with an end-of-life notice on our HR database by its supplier. This followed a commercial decision by our previous supplier to remove several legacy systems from its portfolio. The system will be switched off completely from 31st March 2025 and will not be accessible from this time, even as a way of warehousing historical leavers' data.
In view of this we are seeking to procure a HR Information System (Software as a Service Solution) as a matter of urgency with a view to developing a detailed solution analysis in two phases with the initial core release schedule set out in the invitation to requirements to implementing and full operational by early February 2025 in line with the schedule set out in our Invitation to Tender which is available at https://norwichuni.ac.uk/about-us/governance/info-publication-scheme/procurement/

Please note, within our original procurement documentation, there is an error on page 38 where suppliers who wish to express an interest in participating are asked to complete a form in "Section 10" of the document - this should in fact read "Section 6" instead,
Change (IV.2.2): 1 September 2024 → 13 September 2024
We have received requests from potential suppliers to extend the timeframe for the submission of tender responses. We have considered these requests and have adjusted the procurement schedule for all potential suppliers as follows:
Timeframe for supplier clarification calls extended to 6th September 2024.
Timeframe for the submission of initial supplier tender responses extended to 13th September 2024 at 17:00.
Suppliers notified of shortlisted decisions on 20th September
The 2-way opportunity for queries ahead of demos (9th - 20th September 2024) has been removed. Suppliers are encouraged to use the extended period for clarification calls to check their understanding of our requirements.
Suppliers are also requested to let us have the two dates within the demo & negotiation window on which they will be available to provide a comprehensive demonstration to our selection / advisory panel, in the event that they are shortlisted to provide a demonstration, as soon as possible. Ideally suppliers will provide these ahead of their initial tender submissions, to help us to accommodate supplier choice of demonstration days where possible.
