60% of the criteria was in relation to the quality criteria as this is considered to be appropriate given the nature of the service, including 10% of the criteria being social value in line with the Lancashire County Council social value policy. 40% of the criteria was in relation to the price evaluation. As per the published evaluation criteria the successful tenderer achieved the highest overall score based on their scores for quality and price. → This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice.
