Change (II.1.4.)): - → A virtual industry day shall be held on the 4 September 24 at 14:00-16:00.
The purpose of this industry day shall be to:
1. provide background to the project and state its aims
2. talk to the requirements contained in the original contract notice
3. walk through the anticipated tender process
4. open discussion to help the authority define and clarify aspects of the tender documentation
To facilitate the open discussion, the Authority would like attendees to consider the following questions:
- What do you think is the optimal pricing option for this contract? Do you think the proposed option is sensible and / or attractive?
- What do you see as the deployment options, when considering defence security considerations? Is it possible to set up multiple instances to keep data separate?
- How long do you think your company would need to provide a live demonstration as part of the tender exercise? How much data would you need to best demonstrate the effectiveness of your solution?
- How do you envisage Authority data files being processed and stored?
- If a solution contains AI, is it likely that the AI will learn and develop based on the Authority data and how would this be managed both from a security perspective and from an ownership perspective?
