This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice that this Competitive Provider Selection Process has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded. This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply.Commissions have taken the decision to abandon the current process, due to a number of factors, including but not limited to the merger of NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB and NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB from 1st April 2026. This decision will allow Commissioners to complete any public and stakeholder engagement, analyse the outcomes, provide the required notice to providers, and align future commissioning decisions with the wider Audiology services pathway across the NHS Norfolk and Suffolk ICB.
