Please note the additional Minimum level(s) of standards required for Economic and Financial Standing:
CMAL will obtain a financial report from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) using the company registration numbers submitted by Candidates (and where the Candidate is a Consortium, for all members of their Consortium) with their response. Any Candidate (including any Consortium member) which is assessed as an overall business risk of "high" will fail the economic and financial standing test except where, for any valid reason which is capable of being independently verified by CMAL, the D&B rating does not fairly represent the economic and financial standing of the Candidate or any Consortium. If any Candidate or Consortium Member is assessed as an overall business risk of "high", Candidates will be informed and given an opportunity to provide an explanation or information, which they feel may be relevant to establishing why the D&B rating does not fairly represent the Candidate or Consortium Member's economic and financial standing. CMAL will take such comments and information into account when determining whether the D&B rating fairly represents the economic and financial standing of the Candidate or any Consortium.
