Description
Dundee City Council has a requirement for the provision of the following systems:
Refurbishment of 100 Metric Elite LS Parking Meters (circa 10 years old) with new simple customer interface, offering both card and cash payment options.
The preferred option will see Dundee City Council agree an annual leasing arrangement which will cover cost of any year one upgrade to meters, on-going back office support, provision of sim cards and any required technological/banking updates.
First line maintenance will be undertaken by Dundee City Council staff but the supplier will provide a comprehensive second line maintenance service to ensure all refurbished meters are functional at all times.
