MSV were looking to engage with a single materials supplier for the provision of a wide range of building materials from an existing supplier branch (or branches) to support MSV's internal maintenance team, Property Care and other parts of the group as required.

The contract will be for an initial 3 years with 1 option to extend by a further 24 months, up to a maximum 5 years total contract term (3+2), subject to MSV requirements and the performance of the successful supplier. The anticipated commencement date is estimated to be late November 2024.
