Untitled Contract

Further to PIN (2023/S 000-020561 and tender_376292/1236325) issued in July 2023, the Authority would like to inform the market of the below information:

• It is anticipated that the requirement will be tendered in two (2) lots.
• Anticipated lots will consist of Lot 1 – Provision of Underwater Engineering Services (UES) within the United Kingdom (UK) and Lot 2 – Provision of Underwater Engineering Services (UES) outside of the United Kingdom.
• There will be the ability to bid for Lot 1, Lot 2 or Lot 1 and Lot 2.
• The indicative value of Lot 1 (within the UK) is £6.5 million and Lot 2 (outside of United Kingdom) is £68 million.

The values shown in relation to Lot 1 and Lot 2 are estimates only of the potential total value of any resultant Framework Contract(s). The Authority may order or place tasks to a total value less than the estimated values and shall not be bound to place any orders or tasks under either Lot 1 or Lot 2. The Authority provides no guarantee of any throughput of work under either Lot 1 or Lot 2.

Tentative dates to note (subject to change):

• Issue of Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (DPQQ): Summer 2024
• Issue of Invitation to negotiate (ITN): Late summer 2024
• Contract Award: Spring 2025
