This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to advise the market that the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) is seeking to renew its Provision of Livestock Disposal and Transport Framework Agreement and appoint providers to a new Framework Agreement for the continued provision of disposal and ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) transport services across England, Scotland and Wales.<br/><br/>The services will be required in eight (8) geographical regions across England, Wales and Scotland. The Agreement will be divided into two (2) Lots which will cover animal disease outbreak and incident support work.<br/><br/>The services required will be split into two (2) Lots:<br/><br/>Lot 1. Disposal & ADR Transport Services<br/>•Rendering<br/>•Incineration & Mobile Incineration<br/><br/>Lot 2. ADR Transport Services<br/>•UN Class 6 (Toxic and Infectious Substances)
