NHS England is to conduct market engagement to understand the current and potential market for its Diabetic Eye Screening Test and Train service. The service is is place to ensure a critical internal quality assurance function for the NHS Diabetic Eye Screening Programme. The screening programme invites over 3 million people each year for their eye screening.
