What we want – Service Overview: The Council is looking to purchase a licence for an online self-assessment portal that integrates with the Reading Borough Council website for the purposes of providing information and advice as well as equipment recommendations. Any product recommendations will need to be impartial to ensure best value for money for Reading residents. As we would like to have this service running quickly this is not an offer to develop this service.
