The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 8th April 2024. Evidence of CQC registration- the sub-contractor will share evidence of CQC registration.2. Evidence of appropriate Indemnity Arrangements- the sub-contractor will share indemnity certificate with the authority on an annual basis.3. Practitioner's experience and training is expected to be recorded, and provided upon re quest of the authority.4. Able to deliver a paediatric nephrology outreach service on-site at QEH for four full days per year.7. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.This contract is awarded on 9th April 2024. The contract will run from 09/04/2024 - 31/03/2025. The annual contract value is £10,806.
