NHS Lanarkshire (“NHSL”) requires to provide 28 patients with ongoing Hospital Based Complex Clinical Care (“HBCCC”) or similar provision within the Lanarkshire area (covering the North and South Lanarkshire local authority areas). It is considering in-house and external solutions for provision of the services and wishes to understand external market capacity at the current time.
