Tender Clarification Number 1 following tender query.

Q1. We have downloaded the documents relating to the above tender from the government portal , I just wanted to check if that download contains all the information for the ITT? The information is very detailed, but can I check that the works covered by this ITT are to include updates to the existing AV and show relay analogue infra-structure to replace it with a digital IP system as well as the lighting?

A1. The ITT and the Appendix H pricing schedule are the full information relating to this tender. The workstreams set out the work requirements - particular relating to this query CH1 Technical Equipment Upgrades to the Concert Hall confirms the requirements as "The priority is to update the existing lighting, AV and show relay analogue infra-structure and replace it with a digital IP system". Workstream BP1 also identifies the need for New lighting system, sound and video infrastructure including permanent lighting and AV control position to the Britten Pears Bldg along with the installation of a backstage Technical infrastructure throughout the building. Please also see Workstream CH3 in the Concert Hall which details the new seating, handrails and adaptations for wheelchair users.
