As the planning permission application is being progressed, the contracting authority will be amending the procurement timescales in accordance with section 7 of the invitation to tender, as well as the date for completion of phase 1.
Phase 1 will now be required to be completed by the end of April 2024. In order to allow bidders sufficient time to review and update their tender response, the tender response date will be extended to 12 noon on 11th December 2023.
