Extension option
The initial contract is for 5 years with scope for extensions for a further period or periods of any duration, but in any case, the total duration of any extensions shall not exceed 24 months from the last day of the initial contract period. Due to the extended length of the contract regular contract meeting will be held to maintain the service delivery, should there be shortfall, concerns or issues with the contract the Contracting Authority reserves the right to shorten the contract period, based on any poor performance reviews.
