Extra Care is a form of housing provision designed to offer a safe, private and secure environment where residents with eligible needs can access an on-site domiciliary care service. Service Users live in self-contained apartments but are able to access and enjoy a range of communal facilities that are present in the wider housing scheme. The combination of specialist accommodation and care means Service Users are enabled to live independently and retain control of their lives.
This Contract is intended to secure a high-quality domiciliary care provider for the delivery of care and support services for Service Users residing at Hazel Court (hereafter referred to as “the Service”).

It has come to our attention that there is an issue with the spreadsheet formula which means the final totals in section (j) will be inaccurate. This does not impact the information tenders are required to submit, but it will mean some of the figures in part (j) of the spreadsheet are calculated incorrectly. We are currently amending the spreadsheet and will issue a copy shortly for you to complete and re-submit as part of your bid.
Due to the error within the pricing schedule the Council have extended the deadline to 12:00 noon on the 25th October 2023
