Provision of Primary Care Medical Services for Special Allocation Scheme in Hertfordshire and West Essex

NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) are continuing with the 3 existing contracts to provide Special Allocation Scheme Service in the following areas.<br/><br/>Please Note: Due to the nature of the Special Allocation Scheme Service and the potential risks in relation to staff and patient safety the Commissioner cannot disclose the contract holders names and addresses.<br/><br/>1. East and North Hertfordshire<br/><br/>Awarded for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Annual Contract Value of £32,500 (£1083 pp).Cap of 30 patients – additional payment for patients over this at a rate of 90% of pp cost.<br/><br/>2. West Essex<br/><br/>Awarded for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Annual Contract Value of £32,500 (£1083 pp). Cap of 30patients – additional payment for patients over this at a rate of 90% of pp cost.<br/><br/>3. South and West Essex<br/><br/>Awarded for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Annual Contract Value of £32,500 (£1083 pp).Cap of 30 patients – additional payment for patients over this at a rate of 90% of pp cost.
