Buckinghamshire Adult Learning (BAL) is a service area within Buckinghamshire Council (the Council), which has a contract funded by the Department of Education (DfE) to deliver a three-year Multiply project across Buckinghamshire. Some of this project will be directly delivered by BAL but, in order to fully use Buckinghamshire’s Multiply funding allocation and address all the chosen interventions of the Council, it will sub-contract part of this delivery. This enables BAL to deliver to targeted residents and in geographical areas that it would otherwise be unable to reach.

Change (II.2.14): The duraction stated on II.2.7 is for the Approved Providers List.
Bidders admitted to the Approved Providers List will be invited for mini-competition exercise to award contracts for the delivery of the services - the duration of these contract will be determined for each the mini-compeitition. → The duration stated on II.2.7 is for the Approved Providers List.
The Council will assess responses to Stage 1 and potential providers who achieve PASS in all requirements will be admitted to the Approved Providers List.
Those potential providers admitted to the Approved Providers List on Stage 1 will then be evaluated on Stage 2 (Mini-Competition) - please refer to Stage 2 documents for instructions.
Contracts for the delivery of the services will be awarded to the Approved Providers that are successful in the Mini-Competition exercise - please refer to Stage 2 documents for evaluation criteria and methodology.
Bidders should refer to the procurement documents for deadline of response for each Stage.
