Short Description (II.1.4): Leicester City Council is seeking to procure passenger transport services. We are hereby
establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) from which we will procure the services as
described in the Specification. The DPS will be for five years and six months. → Leicester City Council is hereby giving notice of its termination of this DPS (PAN2598). The termination process will commence immediately upon the sending of this message, meaning the DPS Agreement will end on the 3rd August 2024.
It is the intention of Leicester City Council to replace this DPS with a new DPS entitled ‘PAN3059 - Passenger Transport DPS’. Invitations to apply for this new DPS will be open from Friday 3rd May 2024 onwards.
