IMO Electrical Works Package 2022

Electrical Works package consists of:

• Supply and install new gas booster set
• Supply and install new outstation controllers within Level 7 Boiler Plant Room control panel
• Supply and install new field devices associated within Level 7 Boiler Plant Room control panel
• Supply and install new fan coil unit controllers within riser control enclosure
• Supply and install new fan coil unit controllers and associated sensors
• Supply and install new controllers to serve AHU 13
• Modify/upgrade BMS head end

The provisional timetable for this procurement is:

31 January 2022 - Issue of tender documents via Jaggaer

15+16 February - Site visits

25 February - Tender deadline

Early April - Contract Award

August - Works on site, London
