The objectives of this project are to commission this new Service, which will mirror similar services in Norwich, East and West Norfolk. The service will link closely with these recently procured Community Wellbeing Hubs in Norwich, East and West Norfolk. There is no pre-existing service in North and South Norfolk.
The Service falls under the Light Touch regime of the Public Contracts Regulations (2015), and will be a single stage procurement process with a single provider to cover North and South Norfolk.
