The Authority seek to appoint a competent contractor to deliver the required structural improvements to Barton School and internal fit out required for it to be operated as a Homeless Shelter. It is anticipated that service delivery will commence from the homeless shelter from 1st April 2021 and to that end potential providers are expected to demonstrate which areas will be achieved by that deadline and a suitable timeline for the remaining requirements.
